Start getting noticed, interviews, offers and hired.

You send applications into a pile of hundreds and hear nothing. The roles that would suit you go to people who were already in the conversation.

FutureDay runs your search the way those roles are actually won: start with the people who already know you, pick the companies you want, and get to the people who decide before the job is advertised. Fewer applications, less stress, more conversations.

No account, no email, nothing uploaded. It runs in your browser.

The problem

You're doing everything they told you.
And you still can't get a job.

You apply. You wait. Nothing comes back. It is not you. The system is broken, and no one taught you how to beat it.

01

You can't get seen

You fire applications into a black hole.

One of hundreds

242 people, one job, same day.

A machine decides first

It bins your resume before a human blinks.

Ghost jobs and repeats

One in five ads is never real, and the same role is posted everywhere.

02

You can't get an interview

Even when a human looks, you don't make the cut.

A resume that undersells you

No one taught you to write one that gets read.

Invisible on LinkedIn

Recruiters scroll straight past you.

It goes to who they know

Better connected beats better able.

03

You can't get an offer

You get in the room, and it slips away.

You cannot sell yourself

You undersell the thing you are good at.

Ghosted after a great chat

"We'll be in touch." Then nothing.

Interviews, never offers

So close, so often. And no feedback so you never learn.

04

And it's grinding you down

The part that follows you home.

The savings are going

And the pressure keeps climbing.

Your confidence is shot

You are starting to think it is you.

"Any luck yet?"

The dinner question you have come to dread.

The cost

The longer it drags on,
the more it takes.

Waiting is not free. Every month out of work, or stuck in a job going nowhere, has a price. Here is what it costs you.

It costs you money

  • Every month out of work is a month's pay you never get back.
  • Plan for three months, take six, and that is three months of income gone.

It costs you your edge

  • The 6am doubt, awake before the alarm, doing the maths on how long the savings hold.
  • Watching someone you know, no sharper than you, post their new job.

It costs you at home

  • The "any luck yet?" at dinner you start to dread.
  • Saying "a few things in the pipeline" when there is nothing in the pipeline.
The one that still stays with me

The one that cut me in half: telling my own kids we could not afford the small things they had never once had to think about.

The way out

Stop applying into the void.
Start running a real search.

The people who get hired are rarely luckier or better qualified. They are better positioned. They run their search a different way, on purpose, and that way can be learned. It is exactly what FutureDay runs with you.

Grant Kratz, founder of FutureDay

Built by someone who has been where you are

I am Grant Kratz. I built my career in enterprise sales — carrying my own number, then leading teams across twenty countries. It is really one skill repeated: activate your network, pick your target companies, find the people who matter, earn their trust, and win. Then I watched good people around me hit the same wall in their job search. Forty applications, no reply, and slowly starting to believe the silence was about them.

It was not. The role was always going to whoever was best positioned, not whoever was best qualified.

So I wrote down what actually works. It became the book, and now it runs as FutureDay, so you never have to work it out alone.

An AI coach that guides your every move

You are never left guessing. Your coach tells you the single next step that matters, in plain language, and it knows your resume, your pipeline and your history, so the advice is about you, not generic AI slop.

  • Your next best move, on every screen
  • Plain-English guidance a novice can follow
  • Ask it the hard question: "what's the weakest part of my search?"

Every opportunity, kept alive and moving

FutureDay keeps every conversation warm and every follow-up on time. Each opportunity has a stage, a next step and a reminder, so the right roles keep moving toward an offer instead of quietly going cold.

  • Every opportunity staged, from first contact to offer
  • Follow-up reminders that keep every thread warm
  • A weekly digest that shows your momentum

Write like you. Not like a robot.

Most tools bolt on a writer that sounds exactly like every other tool's writer. FutureDay learns your actual voice, your tone, your phrasing, your energy, and applies it everywhere you write, backed by built-in guardrails (not more AI) that catch generic, robotic phrasing before it ever reaches a hiring manager.

  • A few quick questions, or a writing sample you paste in, builds your voice profile
  • Built-in guardrails, not another layer of AI, catch generic phrasing before it ships
  • On by default for cover letters and social posts, you choose where else it's used

What changes

Same you. Same talent.
This time you get the job.

Run your search the way the hired actually do, and every problem from a moment ago flips. Here is what you get instead.

1
Now you get found
Your search finally has a front door.

A resume that gets read

Built to clear the software and land with a human.

In front of the right people

You reach them before the job is ever posted.

Replies, not silence

Conversations start, instead of the void.

2
Now you get shortlisted
You make the cut, on purpose.

A resume that argues your case

It sells the thing you are actually good at.

Warm doors, not cold ones

Introductions beat applications.

Past every filter

Nothing bins you before a person sees it.

3
Now you win the offer
You close what you started.

You sell yourself well

Practice mode scores your answers before it counts.

Nothing slips

Every follow-up lands. The thread never goes cold.

Offers, not just interviews

You convert the conversations into a yes.

4
And you're back in control
The part that comes home with you.

Your next move, every day

No more staring at a blank page.

Your confidence back

You remember you are good at this.

"Yes, actually"

The dinner question you no longer dread.

This was never about a job. It's about your money, your security, your confidence and your time, back.

What's at stake

Two versions of the next six months.

Same you. Same talent. The only thing that changes is the method, and the method decides how this ends.

VS

Keep applying

  • Nothing changes. You send more applications and wait.
  • Software screens most of them out before a person ever looks.
  • The good roles go to whoever was already in the conversation.
  • The savings drop. The confidence drops. Another month of pay is gone for good.

Six months from now, you are still right here.

Questions

Questions people ask before they join.

Straight answers on who it is for, how it works and what you get.

Who is FutureDay for?

FutureDay is for anyone serious about their next role and tired of applying into silence. The software is now tuned across most fields — Engineering, Finance, Marketing, People and Sales, plus a General track for everything else — and covers early-career, mid-career and senior professionals, with some archetypes going deeper than others. The method underneath works in any career.

What is the hidden job market?

Many of the best roles are filled through referrals, conversations and reputation, before they are ever advertised. That is the hidden, or off-market, job market. FutureDay helps you work it on purpose: decide who you want to work for, reach the people who matter, and get in front of them before a job is ever posted.

Will it work for my field, or do I need to be in sales?

The method works in any field or function. It is how people get hired everywhere, not only in sales. The software is tuned across most fields already — Engineering, Finance, Marketing, People and Sales, plus a General track — and across early-career, mid-career and senior levels, so most people already get a tailored experience, with some archetypes going deeper than others.

How is this different from ChatGPT or a generic AI resume tool?

Generic AI knows nothing about you and produces the kind of output employers are already learning to spot and filter out. FutureDay is different in two ways. First, your coach sees your whole search, your resume, your pipeline and your history, and every suggestion is governed by field-tested guides. We have deliberately trained it to write in natural, human language that sounds like you on your best day, not like a chatbot. Second, it runs your entire search, not just one document. Everything it gives you is a strong first draft in your own voice, and you always have the final say before anything goes out.

I am not a natural salesperson or networker. Can I still do this?

Yes — if anything, this is built for you. The system is specifically designed for people who are not salespeople or natural networkers. You do not need to be an extrovert; in fact it is built for people who do not identify as extroverts, do not already have a big network, and hate pitching themselves. None of that is required. It is about following simple, guided steps and doing a little at a time, staying completely natural and authentic to yourself. If you can follow a step-by-step process and stick with it, you will get results faster and with less stress than what you are doing now.

How much time does it take?

Getting started is quick: uploading a resume you already have takes about five to ten minutes, and building one from scratch takes twenty to thirty. Either way it saves as you go, so you can do it across two or three short sittings rather than one long one. After that, it fits around your life. FutureDay hands you one clear next step each day instead of a mountain of work, so you make real progress in a short daily session rather than spending hours guessing what to do next. The more consistently you show up, the more you get back, so stay with it and let the system keep you accountable, and the results follow.

What does it cost, and is there a free trial?

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, full Career Influencer access. We ask for a card to start the trial, but you will not be charged until day 14, and you can cancel anytime before then with no charge. After the trial, Career Builder is $39/mo (or $390/yr) and Career Influencer is $49/mo (or $490/yr), 2 months free when you pay annually. Waitlist members who upgrade within 30 days of launch get founding pricing: $29/mo or $290/yr for Career Builder, and $39/mo for Career Influencer, or the founding-only offer, $199 one-time for a full 12 months of Career Influencer.

What do I get when I join the waitlist?

You lock in founding member pricing if you upgrade within 30 days of launch: a discounted recurring rate on Career Builder or Career Influencer, or the founding-only offer on Career Influencer, $199 one-time for a full 12 months instead of paying monthly. You will also be notified the moment we open and get our free 15-minute mini-guide straight away when you confirm your email. We only email you when it is genuinely useful, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
